About CIA

Since 1988, Computer Ingenuity Associates, Inc. has offered software and technology consulting for a variety of industries. In 1995, CIA decided to focus all of its efforts on Hospitality Software selling directly to hotels, hotel management companies and ownership groups.

In its early years, CIA formed an association with Jim DiMartino, a hospitality consultant, working with companies like Embassy Suites, Windsor Capital Group, Stein Erikson Lodge, and others, specializing in budget and forecast preparation.  Eventually, Mr. DiMartino became a full partner in CIA.

In 2001, CIA partnered with TSoftware, Inc. to develop and distribute Preventative Maintenance software tailored to hotels. As a result, the Hotel-PM software is now licensed to over 200 hotels .

CIA has worked for management companies with as few as 3 hotels and as many as 102. CIA has sold software to hotels in 40 states. CIA has interfaced its software with a variety of other systems, including Property Management, Sales and Catering, Accounting, Time and Attendance, Spreadsheets, etc.
